1.1 When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 3 to 5 Days working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

1.2 How long will it take for me to receive me order?

The Standard courier delivery time frame is approximately 5 to 7 working days and the Express courier is approximately 3 working days from the time of placing your order (2 to 4 Days For Cairo, Giza Orders). This is applicable only to all EGYPT deliveries.

2.1 Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
